  Jeff Golliver is the President of Unmanned Systems Integration Solutions (USIS), LLC, a veteran owned technical and operational support services company.  USIS specializes in the airspace integration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the National Airspace System (NAS).  He has had great success in authoring and gaining approval of over 50 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certificates of Waiver or Authorization (COA) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other public entities.

  He routinely provides subject matter expertise to develop and codify UAS procedures and guidance for the DoD and other government and public agencies.  He has been instrumental in training numerous DoD and public agency UAS operators on airspace coordination, deconfliction, and integration procedures for both peacetime and contingency operations.

  Mr. Golliver retired from the United States Air Force in May 2003.  He has over 15-years of air traffic control experience and has been working UAS integration issues since July 2003.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Arizona.
