    MICHAEL K. BEEBE; U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). Mr. Beebe, is a retired United States Navy, Naval Flight Officer who flew the A-6E Intruder, aircraft carrier-based, all-weather Attack aircraft.  He has over 26 years experience in U.S. Department of Defense systems development, acquisition, systems engineering, program management, Science and Technology, and Research and Development. Additionally, Mr. Beebe has over 20 years experience in unmanned systems, and is the TATRC project manager for all unmanned aircraft systems-related work, as well as many of the TATRC robotic/unmanned ground vehicle projects. Since May 2009 Mr. Beebe has been on detail from The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine to support the TATRC mission through the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA). He lives in Chesapeake, VA, with his wife, daughter, and menagerie of one horse, two dogs, and two cats (and a humongous vet bill).
